Quick Protective Style

So, I really kind of got tired of retwisting my hair every night so I decided to just turn to braids. A protective style never hurts. I left this in for about a week and 3 days. No matter how much I get tired of retwisting I love my hair out and about more than anything!
I used Kimmaytube for the front of my twist out.
What's your favorite protective style?!

Bioinfusion Curl Pomade Review

Can be found at Walgreens costing $7.99

I came upon the bioinfusion curl pomade randomly while I was at Walgreens. I read a little about it and decided to give it a run.
         Will I...
Kept in overnight.
I personally, loved almost everything about this product.
1. It does not make my hair too greasy and oily.
2. It does not take big globs to make it work.
3. I love the smell!
4. I did not have to keep retwisting my hair at night and I still had a good curl pattern the next morning.
5. I did not have to reapply it every night.
6. Great definition.

ONE thing I did not like was the flakes that would start to appear a couple of days later.

Day One

Day Two
(No Retwisting)
(I personally liked day two better)
I did not get any pictures of my other days but you get the picture. I left this product in for about 3/4 days before I washed it out.
It's obvious this product has been stamped as...
I hope this will encourage some of you to test this out! Xoxo,

Lil Mama Speaks

Romans 12:2 - Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

Lil Mama posted a picture on Twitter of her rockin her natural fro and got bashed by some natural "sistas." Really? When going natural there sure is going to be positive and negative feedback but... not from your fellow african americans. But, this is another eye opener to see how different and how negative people can be when we're supposed to be standing together as one.

But the Bible said it best. You don't need to turn to wordly things. We were not created with relaxed hair, wigs, or colorful weaves. But with unique, diverse hair that we can call our own. We were not created with acrylics, polish, designs, and diamonds on our finger nails. Do not let the appearance of the majority of "women" out there change your beliefs or mind set! In my life, I am going to continue to try and be what is acceptable in God's eyes. Not only with natural hair... but with my nails, clothes, piercings, jewelry and so much more. That is what All Natural is to me.

I am not bashing the next lady. I used to be that girl with weaves, jewelry, and nail polish too. But, as I look back I like where this natural journey is taking me.

I kind of went away from the Lil Mama situation, but it is what it is.
Let the haters hate and motivate.

NOTHING BUT Curly Pudding Review

I was extremely excited to try this product out and share my thoughts with you all. I used it for a week straight and tried various techniques before I came up with my final thoughts.

I honestly had higher expectations for my outcome. But I am not going to completely bash it because first of all, I do not have the complete line. The curly pudding is the only thing I own from the line.

Pros: The curly pudding made my hair so fluffy and soft! I really loved that about it.
The smell... I really liked that as well. It seemed very fruity to me.
When I untwisted my hair, it seemed very bouncy and full of life!
There is alot of cream in one bottle!

Cons: It did not seemed like it provided enough moisture for my hair.
At the end of the day my hair seemed dry and a little too rough for my liking.

For the most part, I most likely won't be using this as much until I buy another product from the line.
So, as of right now I'm not going to trash it but it is going to the back of my stash...

Help! Tell me what you know or suggest!

Stash or Trash?!

After a couple of digs here and there for some information on this product I decided to go ahead and try it. I recommend that you all do that with every product. Anyhow, a product works differently on each set of hair but stay tuned to see what my outcome was after three days of messing around with Nothing But Curly Pudding.
